Factory and offices under the same roof
A complex whose larger part houses a factory and the other two parts contain spaces for factory workers and management offices. All under the same roof. This is how the building of a successful manufacturing company in Kutina will look like.
The management offices of the company are above the changing rooms and community areas for the factory workers on the ground floor. The general manager’s office and the conference room open towards the outside areas and the surroundings, but each office also has a broad window opening towards the interior of the factory.
The offices stretch across the area of some 60m2 and comprise two rooms and restrooms. This covers the needs for client meeting, management, and administration spaces. At the time of the request for proposals for the architectural design services, the rough construction works on the building had been completed, and the architect was to design a pleasant, well-equipped interior reflecting the company’s business operations.
Alongside to aesthetics and functionality, another important element for the investor was easiness of maintenance, because the offices were often accessed from the shop floor.
