Apparently, there will be changes to Regulation no. 1303\/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council, from December 17, 2013. Afterwards, physical persons will be able to receive subsidies from ERDF.<\/p>\n<h4>What to expect<\/h4>\n<p>According to the annual schedule of financing programs, call for project proposals should be announced in December 2017, after the changes to the Regulation are made. The results themselves will be made public in July 2018.<br \/>\nThe subsidies will range from 20.000 to 200.000 kn, and they will cover the renovation works (up to 60% of costs).
