A residential building in Jovinovačka in Vrapče neighborhood. Living in a city, but being surrounded by lush greenery – something that every property owner in Zagreb, or any other city for that matter, would be happy with.
And when this greenery is protected and we know that there will be no future construction projects, well, that’s a special bonus.
This is exactly the context of our current project in Zagreb’s Vrapče neighborhood. A residential building in Jovinovačka Street has added value because of its green surroundings and direct view of the park.
There are nine apartments, ranging in size from 65m2 up to 112 m2.
The floor-plans ensure excellent utilization of the spaces and fluidity within apartments. Some of the rooms in the apartments are sunken. Large glass walls open towards the greenery.The design process is in its final stages, and the construction works will commence during 2017.
