Energy efficiency retrofit – residential building

After numerous projects of energy efficiency retrofits of the family houses we proudly announce one recently finished project of a multi-storey residential building:
The project was co-financed with the funds of the European Union.

The building is located in Zagreb, it has seven apartments and the total gross area of 782 m2.

The retrofit itself included the following:

• facade insulation (20 cm EPS)
• roof insulation
• windows and doors replacement (triple glazed windows Uw=0.9 W/m2K)
• heating equipement renewal (condensing boilers installation)

All the improvements brought to 72 % fewer energy needs for heating and cooling.
Total project value (certification before and after, main project, administrative support, all the construction works and professional supervision) amounted to 747.500 kn (arround 100.000 eur)
The amount of the grant equaled 456.875 kn (61,12%)
