It all started from legalization
Large number of family house in Croatia were built with neither a building permit and nor a quality design, but most of them recently underwent legalization process and were granted a usage permit.
During the legalization process, some investors decided to improve their houses and their own living conditions.
Some houses could even be expanded due to the provisions of municipal spatial development plans. This was exactly the case with this project, where an old one-storey house was transformed into a modern 2-storey family house.
