It is intended for a company engaged in office work (computer work and similar activities). It is being constructed as a replacement building on the site of a dilapidated commercial building.
Design and dimensions: The structure is designed as a freestanding, single-story building (ground floor). Its floor plan has an elongated rectangular shape, representing a single compact volume from which the entrance area has been “carved out.” The design is dominated by straight lines and large glass openings.
