Villa B is designed as a building with one underground and two above-ground floors, featuring an elongated, slightly fragmented yet compact floor plan. Portions of the volume are subtracted in order to create outdoor spaces that enhance the quality of living within the house. The numerous glass surfaces on the façade make the building appear airy and light from the outside, while from the inside these openings allow maximum connection between the users of the building and the surrounding environment. The landscape is arranged with low and medium-height greenery in order to enrich the building’s exterior appearance.
